Order Cancellation Policy

At Vancouver Violet Boutique, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order after placing it, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase.

Orders canceled within this 24-hour period are eligible for a full refund, which will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, your order may already be in processing or preparation for shipment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

We carefully inspect all products before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately after delivery.

  • Provide a replacement product; or
  • Issue a full refund.

To help us resolve the matter quickly, customers must provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received.

If a return of the affected product is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost to you.

Subscription Membership Program

Customers enrolled in our recurring subscription program may manage their subscription at any time through their customer account portal.

Subscription Management

Subscribers may:

  • Update delivery preferences
  • Change shipment schedules
  • Pause future deliveries
  • Skip individual shipments
  • Cancel their subscription

If you plan to travel or temporarily do not require a shipment, you may choose to skip or pause deliveries without canceling your membership.

Subscription Cancellation Deadline

Changes, pauses, or cancellations must be submitted before 11:00 PM EST on the day before your next scheduled processing date.

Once an order enters processing, it can no longer be modified, canceled, or adjusted.

Lifetime Warranty for Active Subscribers

Customers who maintain an active subscription membership may qualify for our Lifetime Warranty Program.

Warranty Coverage

While your subscription remains active, eligible devices purchased through Vancouver Violet Boutique are protected against manufacturing defects and workmanship failures occurring during normal use.

If an eligible product develops a covered defect during an active subscription period, we will replace the product at no additional cost.

Conditions

Lifetime Warranty coverage remains valid only while:

  • The subscription remains active;
  • Subscription payments remain current;
  • The product is used as intended and according to provided instructions.

Subscription Cancellation

If your subscription is canceled, Lifetime Warranty coverage will automatically terminate at the end of the current billing cycle.

After termination of coverage, future repairs, replacements, or warranty claims will no longer qualify under the Lifetime Warranty Program.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return period beginning on the date your order is marked as delivered.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.
